A full-service law firm with multiple offices across the United States is presently looking to appoint a Transactional Partner with 15 to 20 years’ entertainment industry experience, ideally within television, music, film, or sports.

Bringing large-firm experience and business acumen to a smaller-firm environment of agility and efficiency, the firm has attracted an impressive list of clients, from small companies and high-net-worth individuals through to higher profile organizations and Fortune 500 corporations.

Applicants will be expected to bring around $500k worth of portable business from within the entertainment industry, plus a track record of closing finance, development, production, distribution, branding, licensing, and/or merchandising transactions in a diligent and cost-effective manner.
