With a view to expanding its presence in the MEA region, this leading provider of facilities management software solutions is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales executive to join its team.
The Position:
Our client is a dynamic and innovative company specializing in the provision of cutting-edge software solutions designed to optimize operational efficiency, enhance user experiences, and transform the way organizations manage their facilities. The company is seeking a skilled and results-driven individual with a proven track record in SaaS sales in the MEA region to assume responsibilities which will include:
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for the MEA region.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the facilities management sector.
- Identifying new business opportunities and drive the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions to clients.
- Staying up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to provide valuable insights.
Candidate Requirements:
- A minimum of five years’ SaaS sales experience, with at least half in the MEA region.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- A strong understanding of, and ideally network of contacts within, the facilities management sector, ideally having focused on commercial real estate, warehousing & distribution and/or airports.
- Proven ability to articulate the value proposition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivation, proactivity, and a results-oriented approach.
- (Ideally) a minimum bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or an industry-related field
