An innovative provider of BIM software for construction and infrastructure projects is currently seeking a talented Account Executive to drive sales across the EMEA region.

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed EMEA revenue targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape related to Building Information Management Systems (BIM) and SaaS solutions.
- Leverage market insights to tailor sales strategies and pitch compelling value propositions to potential clients.
- Conduct consultative sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, addressing their unique business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.
- Effectively manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closure, utilizing CRM tools to track and report on sales activities and progress.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to sales planning initiatives.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges and proposing tailored solutions to address their specific requirements.
The Candidate:
Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:
- At least five years’ experience in sales, with a focus on SaaS solutions and/or Building Information Management Systems
- A minimum bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related.
- Proven experience of managing complex sales cycles and building long-term client relationships.
- A strong understanding of the EMEA construction, infrastructure, and/or facilities/asset management sectors
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivation, strong results focus and ability to work independently.
