The Company:

Our client is a well-established electrical construction firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality electrical solutions across a range of industries. The company’s projects include high rises, healthcare facilities, data centers, and educational institutions.

Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret project drawings and specifications to determine labor and material costs.
• Develop detailed project estimates using Accubid.
• Prepare proposal letters and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Support Project Managers in change order development and financial progress monitoring.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, handling bid packages and quotes.
• Provide accurate take-offs and submit RFIs when necessary.
• Participate in client meetings, presenting and clarifying project estimates

Candidate Requirements:

• Electrical education preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction, including commercial electrical estimating.
• Proficiency in reading CAD drawings and job specifications.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in Accubid.
