Quality Assurance Manager

A highly respected data center contractor is looking, due to internal succession planning, to appoint a proven QAQC manager to help deliver large-scale projects as part of their continued growth in the DC Metro area.

The Position:

The appointed QAQC Manager will:

• Oversee and manage quality-related activities to ensure compliance with contract requirements across multiple projects.
• Review inspections, compliance testing, and remediation efforts.
• Lead the development and execution of project quality plans.
• Ensure quality inspections, observations, and testing align with contract documents, are properly documented, and use appropriate resources.
• Maintain thorough documentation and reporting for data infrastructure projects.
• Provide support to quality staff through coaching, guidance, and accountability measures

The Candidate:

Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

• Experience with mission-critical projects exceeding $100M in value.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field.
• 5+ years of quality control and quality assurance experience over a wide range of project sizes and types.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities in fast-paced, tech-driven environments.
