Dynamic and experienced Sales Manager required to join a fast-growing company specializing in intelligent warehousing solutions.

The Position:

The appointed Sales Manager will:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets and grow the customer base across Germany.
  • Identify, target, and grow relationships with key accounts in industries such as packaging, freight, and material handling distribution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to support account expansion and retention.
  • Conduct market research to spot emerging opportunities and keep up with industry developments.
  • Prospect via telephone, email and LinkedIn.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and other industry activities to boost brand recognition.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on commercial growth strategies.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline development, and forecasts.

Requirements:

Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

  • A minimum bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least four years’ experience in sales or enterprise account management.
  • A network of contacts among packaging, freight, automation, material handling, and/or related customer fields.
  • (Ideally) familiarity with material handling robotics, warehouse management software (WMS), and/or integrator networks
  • Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships.
  • Strong prospecting and new business development skillset
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Analytical mindset to identify trends and tailor strategies accordingly.
  • The ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team setting.
  • A willingness to travel (up to 50% of the time) as needed to build client relationships and support business development.
