A leading provider of enterprise software solutions to solve critical challenges in the aerospace, defense, and airline industries is presently seeking to appoint a proven Account Executive to drive growth and manage strategic accounts in these highly regulated and complex sectors.

The Position:

The successful candidate will:

  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies for federal aerospace, defense, and airline accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive account growth and client satisfaction.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Stay up to date with industry regulations and ensure compliance across engagements.
  • Promote adoption of software solutions to enhance operational efficiency, digital transformation, and MRO support.

The Candidate:

Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

  • 5+ years’ experience in the sales of enterprise software solutions.
  • 3+ years’ experience within aerospace, defense, government, and/or airline markets.
  • Proven success in managing and growing large enterprise accounts.
  • A background in handling government contracts, navigating federal procurement, and collaborating with operational leaders in the airline industry.
  • Strong consultative sales skills, with a focus on addressing complex challenges in the aerospace, defense, and airline sectors.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of federal government contracting and compliance.
  • Expertise in service parts management, MRO, and supply chain requirements specific to these industries.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools for effective pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
