Area Sales Manager

A market leading producer of pain management products for the dentistry profession is presently looking to appoint a proven field sales professional to develop and manage sales to agreed targets.

The Position:

The appointed Area Sales Manager will:

• Call on dental practitioners and dental distributors throughout London and the Southeast.
• Implement the company’s strategic and tactical sales programs to achieve sales targets.
• Provide comprehensive clinical advice to all existing and new customers.
• Support all local and national dental meetings as agreed by the company.

The Candidate:

Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

• Comprehensive knowledge of (or equivalent work experience in) dental products
• At least five years’ previous dental sales experience
• The ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solutions-based sales approach.
• Good communication skills including written, verbal, computer, and audio-visual presentation abilities.
• BDTA Qualification (ABPI diploma also desirable)
