Associate / Counsel

Special counsel or associates required between classes of 2019 – 2014 to join our client’s New York or Washington DC offices.

Employing more than 650 lawyers across North America, the UK and Europe, the firm advises some of the world’s leading corporations, investment funds and financial institutions on their most critical legal needs.

Candidates must have significant lender-side financing experience and be committed to focusing at least 60% of their time on lender-side work.

The firm pays market salaries to its attorneys, which range from $215,000 (first year) to $415,000 (eighth year).
