Attorney – Partner Level

We are recruiting for an IP/Patent Partner to join the intellectual property practice of an ambitious and modern boutique law firm on a remote working basis.

A hands-on interactive team of attorneys with decades of experience in litigation and transactional law, our client is a powerful New York law firm which represents clients from across the US, North America and overseas.

Advising clients on Intellectual Property issues, the successful candidate will be involved with strategic patent & trademark portfolio development, IP transactions / licensing, IP disputes / litigation, copyright, and trade secrets.

Applicants will be expected to have at least ten years’ IP law experience across patent prosecution, litigation, and licensing focused work, with a growing portable book of business ($500,000 to $2,000,000).
