A leading provider of uninterruptible power solutions for mission critical environments is presently seeking a proven Sales Manager to drive channel sales in the data center space.

The Position:

The successful candidate will:

  • Work with local and regional distribution partners on RFPs to secure the company’s approval with end users in the data center space
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in both engineering and construction.
  • Identify key stakeholders, understand their needs, and strategically position the company’s technology to be included in critical projects
  • Implement a solution-based sales approach to drive customer engagement and long-term partnerships.

The Candidate:

Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

  • Experience in the sales of technical solutions used in data centers (ideally UPS or related engineering services, hardware, cooling technologies etc)
  • A strong personal network of contacts among both distributors and end users in the data center sector space
  • The ability to navigate what is a complex sales environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Any relevant technical qualifications (most applicable being electrical engineering) would clearly also be beneficial
