Clinical Application Specialist

A leading provider of in vitro diagnostics for veterinarians is seeking a technically qualified applications specialist to work with distributors across Romania.

The Position:

The successful candidate will:

• Conduct clinical application training for new and current distributors across the region, helping improve their capability.
• Cooperate with regional distributors to promote veterinary products
• Participate in exhibitions and academic promotion.
• Visit end-users, providing demonstrations and introductions to help close deals.
• Provide online and offline training for customers.
• Deeply understand the demand, market and development trend of customers, exploring growth points, opening up new channels and obtaining business opportunities.
• Competitor analysis, assisting in formulating price, promotion, channel and other strategies.
• Maintain good relationships with KOLs and industry associations in the region, seeking opportunities for cooperation.
• Brand promotion to improve product recognition and brand awareness

The Candidate:

Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

• A minimum bachelor’s degree in veterinary medicine or veterinary science
• (Ideally) specific experience with veterinary biochemistry and immunology
• An interest in sales and marketing
• An eagerness to learn and improve product promotion skills.
• Fluent communication skills in both Romanian and English.
• Optimism, proactivity and a willingness to accept challenges.
