We are currently partnered with a leading ABA therapy company to appoint a Clinical Director on the East Coast.
The Position:
As Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and guiding our client’s clinical team to:
- Deliver exceptional ABA therapy services
- Ensure clinical excellence
- Maintain compliance with industry standards
- Foster a supportive and collaborative environment for both staff and clients.
- Provide the leadership required to drive the company’s mission to improve the lives of its clients and their families.
The Candidate:
Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:
- A master’s or doctoral degree in applied behavior analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- A minimum of 5 years’ clinical experience in ABA therapy
- At least 2 years’ experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, techniques, and ethical standards.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a clinical team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, client-centric care.
