An established ABA Therapy provider is seeking a passionate Clinical Director to join its compassionate and driven team in which employees share in building the culture and connecting with the community.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing mentorship and supervision to BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff to ensure confidence, performance, quality, productivity, and morale
  • Reviewing scheduled BCBA and RBT hours, addressing concerns and ensuring billed hours and growth targets are met
  • Ensuring that 85% of authorized care is delivered
  • Maintaining updated information regarding insurance requirements, codes, billing practices
  • Conducting performance reviews for BCBAs, BCaBAs.
  • Ensuring that staff BCBA’s conduct performance evaluations for RBTs
  • Attending conferences to maintain CEUs and to increase knowledge base to appropriately lead supervision staff
  • Conducting meetings to gain knowledge on wait list and ensure client intake is conducted and processed in a timely manner
  • Scheduling and conducting assessments
  • Ensuring that P2P reviews and appeals are completed in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining caseload documents to reflect authorized, long term, and short-term hours by client
  • Monitoring the need for hiring additional staff, conducting interviews as needed.
  • Proposing changes in processes and other company concerns to the CEO and COO
  • Building rapport with clients and their families.
  • Providing clinical consultation to BCBAs, RBTs, school professionals, and parents/guardians
  • Overseeing the implementation of therapy programs to ensure best clinical practices are being implemented
  • Providing direct clinical services to clients and maintain appropriate caseload to facilitate overall clinic growth and staff morale/welfare

Requirements:

  • Current BCBA and State licensure
  • Good standing with the State and BACB
  • Proficiency in systems such as Central Reach and SharePoint
  • Ability to make and implement quick decisions for the benefit of the company
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to provide timely follow-ups to vendors and clients
  • Accuracy and thoroughness
