An ambitious and forward-thinking New York boutique firm is looking to appoint a remote-working Partner for its growing Healthcare practice.

A hands-on interactive team of attorneys with decades of experience in litigation and transactional law, our client is a powerful New York law firm which represent clients from across the US, North America and overseas.

Working with healthcare clients on all matters relating to their lifecycle, the successful candidate will handle:

  • Transactions
  • Corporate matters
  • HIPAA
  • Compliance and regulatory matters
  • Entity Structure
  • Licensing
  • Contractual Matters
  • Mergers and Acquisitions
  • Joint Ventures

Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

  • At least 10 years’ healthcare law experience across regulatory, compliance, and transactional   focused work
  • Experience of negotiating, drafting, and reviewing all types of agreements, from physician contracts to shareholder and operating agreements.
  • A self-sustaining and growing portable book of business (from $300,000 to $1,000,000)
