Operating on both sides of the criminal justice system, the firm has won over $1 billion in verdicts and judgments for its plaintiff business clients, and on defense has defeated high stakes claims in the hundreds of millions.

The successful candidate will handle large bet-the-company trials and will therefore require big firm experience in high stakes litigation including commercial, intellectual property, securities, bad faith, white collar, class action, antitrust, entertainment/sports, legal malpractice, and/or insurance recovery.

Applicants must be admitted to California State Bar and have graduated from a T-20 law school with a judicial clerkship.
