Process Engineer

The Position:

As Process Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the optimization and development of our client’s production processes, with key responsibilities to include:

• Identifying areas for improvement in coating, lamination, and metallization processes, with a focus on reducing waste and downtime.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to develop new products and enhance existing ones.
• Capitalising on your in-depth knowledge of rotogravure printing and coating technologies to achieve superior results.
• Driving the innovation of production processes, from conceptualization to implementation.
• Collaborating with quality control teams to ensure the highest product standards are met.
• Analyzing production data to make data-driven decisions for process improvement.

The Candidate:

Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

• A strong understanding of coating, lamination, and metallization processes, with a strong focus on rotogravure printing.
• Hands-on experience with coating lines in the plastics film industry.
• A minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering or related
• Proven experience in product development and process engineering innovation
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent communication skills in English and German.
