Project Foreman

We are looking for a person who has prior property maintenance supervisory experience in a multi-family/apartment community setting that is interested in taking their career into the exciting area of construction renovation.

This is an ideal position for someone who does not want to be on call anymore and is able to work with multiple trades and vendors to make apartment units turn-key ready. This person will be the key liaison between the apartment community in Tulsa and our client’s head office in Florida:

• Completing daily job site reports
• Providing photo evidence of the daily progress of units being renovated
• Taking a supervisory role with regular subcontractors
• Overseeing site safety
• Organizing suppliers and materials
• Meeting completion schedules.
• Helping with quality control processes throughout the duration of projects

Qualified applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

• At least 7 years’ apartment property maintenance experience at a supervisory level.
• Experience of working with a variety of vendors in various trades to help complete renovation projects.
• IT proficiency to upload documents and pictures into Builder Trend and use MS365 products (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.)
• Experience of receiving and coordinating materials/inventory necessary to complete each unit renovation.
• Ability to meet project deadlines including regularly communicating to the PM and head office.
• Local (Tulsa) contacts and connections for supplies, materials and labor
• An understanding of local (Tulsa) codes, permitting and enforcement agencies.
• A clean driving record (will be checked) and successful completion of background and drug checks.
