A leading contract manufacturer of dietary supplements is presently seeking a driven and experienced Account Executive to join its team. This individual will play a key role in driving the company’s ongoing growth in the contract manufacturing industry.

The Position:

The appointed Sales Account Executive will be joining a dynamic sales environment and will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing deals.  This will principally involve:

  • Leading the sales process from prospecting and presenting through to negotiating and closing.
  • Growing gross revenue of $2MM+ by identifying and developing new client relationships in the dietary supplement contract manufacturing space.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Executing strategies to exceed sales targets and drive new business growth consistently.
  • Working closely with internal teams, including production, quality assurance, and logistics, to ensure smooth project execution.

The Candidate:

Applicants will be expected to demonstrate: 

  • A minimum of three years’ sales experience within the contract manufacturing industry, preferably in dietary supplements specifically, or related
  • Proven success in generating a minimum of $2 MM+ annually in new product revenue.
  • A track record of managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust-based relationships and a keen understanding of client needs.
