Senior Associate

This is an exciting opportunity with a growing firm who have recently completed their first close on a new fund. 

The firm is looking for a candidate with direct private credit experience who can lead diligence in a non-banking run process, so experience of syndicated deals (where information is prepared by a bank or sponsor) is less applicable.

The successful candidate will ideally have had prior exposure to TMT (Technology, Media & Telecommunications) sectors, and be prepared to take a hands-on approach to discussions with CEOs and portfolio companies, attending board meetings and conducting private credit documentation.

Capital has already been raised through limited partners, so very little risk is involved, and exceptionally performing individuals can also expect to be promoted to Vice President status after as little as one year.
