The ideal candidate will have proven experience of technology transactions (not litigation) within life sciences sectors such as AgTech, food technology, pharmaceuticals and/or biotech.

Adept at working both independently and collaboratively, the appointed applicant will be an individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and committed to delivering high-calibre output.
