Senior Estimator

Proven design & build estimating professional required with a civil engineering background encompassing earth retention systems, piling, ground improvement, tunnelling, shafts, deep foundations, mining, marine construction, or rockfall mitigation systems.  

Responsibilities:

• Quantities take-offs, cost estimating, vendor quote collection and prequalification submittals.
• Bid proposal, bid database management, and bid security coordination.
• Design coordination and project scheduling
• New business development and client coordination/relations.

Requirements:

• Proven estimating / costing / proposals background in civil engineering projects, ideally also encompassing design or project management elements.
• The ability to organize multiple concurrent tasks according to priority.
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications, AutoCAD, HCSS Heavy Bid, and scheduling software
• (Ideally) a bachelor’s degree qualification in civil engineering
